Veterinary Receptionist Duties & Responsibilities
This job generally requires the ability to do the following work:
- Provide customer service such as greeting customers, processing incoming patients, and handling payments.
- Answer phone calls, which may involve answering questions and scheduling appointments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and email.
- Update and file patient charts. Work with Avimark the management software.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the waiting room.
- Retrieve Prescriptions.
- Help The Doctor & Technician in the exam room as needed.

Expected hours: 35 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
