Support of existing and new clients as follows:
- Input and process of payrolls for multiple clients that are assigned
- Support clients with complex payroll, HR and timekeeping support needs
- Keeps an organized schedule of clients and all requests
- Researches/resolve issues as quickly as possible while clearly communicating the status with client
- Utilize the Kroros/Saashr HCM system to revolve client issues
- Some data entry including direct deposit, child support, garnishment, and Levy etc
- Work in a paperless environment or strive to have your work scanned by day's end
- Qualifications
- Experience in timekeeping, payroll and/or HR and customer service
- Ability to research and resolve basic related inquires
- Must be impeccably organized with great communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and multi task
- Needs to consistently deliver quality service under any circumstance
- Excellent/Prompt attendance is a must
- Good interpersonal skills
- Embrace advanced training as needed to continuously improve
- Excel & Word knowledge
- Able to work overtime as needed
- Experience with Evolution Payroll or Kronos/Saashr Timekeeping/Payroll a major plus
- Understanding and experience with profile based configuration in HCM system
- Ability to "think outside the box" and test "what if" scenarios without risking service interruption of malfunction of existing functionality
