About the Job:
We are seeking a highly organized and solution-oriented Customer Experience Representative to join our team. This role provides office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies in order to streamline the business and create efficiencies in the department. As the first point of contact for customers, you will provide exceptional service, troubleshoot issues, and support various administrative tasks.
Duties You’ll Perform:
- Answer incoming calls professionally and direct them to appropriate staff.
- Resolve customer issues, working with other departments as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Assist with order taking, input, and provide daily tracking reports.
- Distribute sample packets and manage CRM inquiries.
- Compile and distribute Inventory Shelf-Life Reports and customer feedback.
- Follow quality management procedures to meet customer expectations.
- Support the development and improvement of customer satisfaction programs.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and industry trends.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills & Abilities You’ll Need:
- Excellent customer service, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience with CRM (Avidian Prophet) and ERP (PLEX) systems.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain confidentiality.
Education & Experience You Have:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role with direct customer experience or in a related field.
- Experience with standard office equipment and software.
Work Environment:
- Predominantly office-based with business hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) and occasional evenings.
