Job Description:
As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions from our range of products. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
· Generate new leads and develop relationships with potential clients in the residential & commercial sectors
· Conduct on-site consultations to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
· Provide detailed product information, including features, benefits, and pricing.
· Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
· Close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
· Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
· Maintain accurate records of all sales activities & customer interactions in our Sales Rabbit portal
· Uphold our Core Values of Integrity, Oneness, Excellence, Superior Client Experience, and Passion to delight our customers
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge
· Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences as needed.
Qualifications:
· Students pursuing MBA (Sales & Marketing) Final Year (or) Bachelor's degree in Architecture (or) a High School Diploma (GED) are preferred
· Proven sales experience of 1 to 3 Years is preferred
· Some knowledge of color and interior design, with previous window treatment experience a plus
· Door-to-door roles as Interior Design, Solar Energy, Pest Control, Home Security and Cleaning Services Sales jobs are preferred
· Ability to assess job sites and identify the best solutions, considering factors such as window squareness, installation or operating obstacles, and application conditions.
· Proficiency with measuring tools and the ability to provide accurate dimensions for quoting and ordering
· Incumbent is expected to work 20 hours (4 Hours a day) a week. Should be available including weekends depending on job requirement
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Proficient with MS Office, mobile devices, email, CRM, and the ability to learn and use new apps
· Willingness to drive within canvassing areas and to accommodate longer drive times to meet the needs of clients outside of the assigned area
· Valid driver’s license reliable transportation and a proof of insurance are mandatory
Preferred Locations:
Candidate should be willing to work in Neighbour Hood Communities of Woodlands, Greater Houston, Conroy, Tomball, Plantation etc
