This candidate will be responsible for organizing and maintaining the office lobby, courteously, cheerfully, and professionally receiving clients, customers, visitors, and vendors. Answering and assisting with incoming telephone calls, with polished telephone etiquette.
This position requires an energetic and customer service driven professional that will focus on delivering top notch service.
Attention to details, superb organizational skills, positive attitude, strong work ethic and excellent written and verbal skills are required.
Candidates must be extremely dependable, organized and detail oriented. Additionally, the candidate must have exceptional follow-through and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be highly motivated, possess exceptional computer skills, as well as written/verbal communication skills business writing, and proofreading skills. The ability to multitask under pressure is a must.
Experience in Real Estate, working in a Title office, Bank, or Mortgage company a plus. Bilingual a plus.
