Mitchell Homes, the leading "Build On Your Lot" new home builder in Virginia, NC, and Maryland is seeking sales professional for our Richmond Design Studio. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong desire to succeed. You will be selling new homes that will be built on land that our customer's own. Our ideal candidate will industry experience and best in show sales and closing skills. Previous new construction home sales experience is extremely helpful, but NOT required if you have other relevant sales experience. We prefer no Real Estate license as you do not need a license to sell homes that are not yet built.
You must be highly organized and able to implement a thorough lead follow-up system in our CRM (Lasso). Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications and have very good overall computer/technology skills. Most importantly, you must have a positive and energetic attitude and a strong desire to succeed and to make a lot of money. Duties:
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing new homes, providing information on available properties, financing options, and incentives
- Coordinate with builder team, lenders, and other parties involved in the home buying process to ensure a smooth transaction
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of appointments, customer interactions, and sales activities
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any concerns or questions that arise
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service
- Customer service experience is a must
- Administrative skills to maintain accurate records and documentation
