Job Summary:
Under the direct supervision of the Recruitment Manager the Employee Records Coordinator is responsible for overseeing HR employee recordkeeping, audit new hire and I-9 binders and update HRIS software system related to new hires, track and maintain employee separation, status changes, transfer processes (paper & electronic HRIS system). Completes reports governing agencies (Community Care Licensing (Guardian system), Department of Mental Health, professional license tracking, DMV Pull notifications, and annual EEOC reporting) filing documents as needed.
Requirements:

AA Degree or equivalent and 1 year of Human Resources administrative experience required.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Valid California driver’s license; current automobile insurance; have and maintain a clean driving record acceptable to the organization’s insurance company; have immediate access to his or her vehicle during work hours.
Position Location: North Hollywood, CA
Salary Range: $20.25 - $25.47 per hour
