As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service and ensuring our guests have a positive experience from the moment they walk through the door.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Schedule appointments and manage our booking system efficiently as needed
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding our services
- Educate clients on our facial treatments and products as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and retail displays
- Assist in administrative tasks such as social media and turnover spa rooms
- Create contents for social media
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a spa or beauty-related environment
- Knowledge of skincare products and treatments is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using computer software for scheduling and client management
