Since inception, CRW has provided quality-roofing and weatherproofing services to its customers throughout Colorado and Southern Wyoming. Our two office locations, Denver and Grand Junction, employ the most experienced and talented roofing professionals in the industry.
At CRW, we align ourselves with our customers as partners to assist them in the repair, maintenance and replacement of their roofing assets. CRW specializes in all types of commercial and institutional roofing systems including; single-ply membrane systems, hot and cold asphaltic systems, concrete tile, composition shingles and metal roofing systems. Our clients include public and private schools, commercial and retail facilities, property managers, industrial production and warehouse facilities, hospitals and institutional facilities.
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledgers. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to our financial success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Journal Entries & General Ledger Maintenance: Accurately perform journal entries and maintain the general ledger.
- Financial Reconciliation & Reporting: Reconcile balance sheets, prepare financial statements, and weekly project specific profitability reports .
- Accounting Oversight: Oversee corporate, governmental, and technical accounting tasks.
- Budgeting & Financial Analysis: Monthly bank account reconciliation, prepare bi-weekly payroll and production of monthly budget reports.
- Software Utilization: Use accounting software for efficient data entry and comprehensive financial reporting.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Technical Skills: Expert level of experience in QuickBooks accounting software.
- Industry Experience: Experience in construction accounting is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage financial details with the utmost discretion
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to detect inconsistencies
- Strong organizational ability
- Ability to prioritize and self-manage workload
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range dependent upon experience
- In addition to base pay, CRW provides employees with the opportunity to select coverage under a comprehensive benefits program including medical, dental, and a 4% matching 401(k) plan.
- Full-Time employees are eligible for Vacation and Sick Time in accordance with our Paid Time Off Policy. Additionally, the company observes 12 paid holidays.
- Hours are 8:30AM- 5:00PM, Monday-Friday.
