Zumiez is a competitive and entergetic enviorment! Roles and responsibilities include Maximizes personal and store sales through Sell: Provide customer service utilizing Zumiez selling techniques. Maintaining personal results in sales while training and directing team to provide customer service. Maintain: Organize and present merchandise based on Zumiez techniques. Merchendising: Execute company product direction and make product decisions to drive sales Cover: Provide customer service and prevent loss through awareness of your assigned section. Other duties and projects will be assigned based on store and company needs Operations: Opening and Closing store. Assisting with Markdowns, Transfers, Promotion set up, Inventory audits Assisting Store Manager with People Development, Payroll, Inventory, and all other duties and projects based on company and store needs

Pay: $14.50 - $16.00 per hour
