CBRE is seeking a detail-oriented Program Manager to support sustainability-related project planning, management, and execution activities for CBRE’s Worldwide Real Estate (WWRE) team. The Program Manager’s primary areas of focus are the WWRE Net Zero Carbon (NZC) and Onsite Renewable Energy (RE) programs. These programs reduce carbon emissions across CBRE’s global Operations (Ops) facilities to support the Climate Pledge goal of NZC by 2040. The programs have a global impact, and leverage CBRE’s subject matter experts and external vendors. Though the programs span global regions, the primary focus of the role is to support program execution in North America. A Seattle or PST-based role is preferred.
The Program Manager will partner with WWRE’s customer and stakeholder teams to verify and track business needs, drive collaboration, manage project reporting through written updates, establish and track metrics, and mitigate project risks. The successful candidate will be a natural self-starter, and invent and simplify where needed (such as improving reporting and tracking mechanisms, or optimizing work flows and other project resources). The role requires an individual adept at navigating ambiguity and conflicting priorities who can earn trust with global teams and maintain a high level of integrity.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing projects that span technical and non-technical teams, maintaining schedule and milestone trackers, and providing weekly, data-driven status updates to all levels of technical acumen and leadership.
