Basic Function: Provides individual and group supervision to Family Stabilization counselors and interns. Responsible for the oversight of outreach, intervention, and documentation/compliance. This position is a back-up on-call on rotation with the other supervisors and is responsible for covering on-call in the case of team call-offs and illness.
This position is a key member of the leadership team who ensures that our full LAN footprint is educated and served through our CCBYS program. Services delivered preserve families by deflecting them from DCFS and work with youth who are police involved to deflect them from Juvenile Justice programs.
The role is responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships with schools, hospitals, and police stations.
One year of supervisory experience is required.
LSW/LCSW is strongly preferred, but must be acquired within 6 months of hire.
Master's of Social Work or related field required.
Additional skills include: critical thinking, relationship management, ability to remain calm in crisis, and ability to follow through with minimal supervision.

Pay: $57,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
