Seeking an experienced, qualified Assistant Director/Lead Teacher. Must have Credential I & II, Must have Administration I & II, Must hold a College Degree.
You will the right hand of the Director, working in capacity of Assistant Director with some Lead Teacher duties when required.
Ability to help children and staff reach their potential. Looking for a Leader Teacher with experience in Administrative tasks. Seeking a good teaching mentor Teacher/Group Leader. Work directly with the the Director to support our licensing, opening and closing, scheduling, inventory of goods, staff files, children files, meeting with State Consultants on visits, maintaining sanitation requirements, noticing areas we can make improvements, and bring good ideas forward, advertising to keep enrollment positive, payroll, banking duties, and inventory are some of the Administrative Duties you will help out with
Need a Great communicator with teachers, families and State Regulated Workers.
Computer literate, Experience with Childcare Systems and Federal Food Program Guidelines. Assist the Director in A to Z tasks per NC Regulated Licenses Law. Good at Multi Tasking. Willing to help out in Classroom when required.
A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field.
