Duties:
- Provide direct patient care in various healthcare settings such as clinics, hospitals, and long-term care facilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Perform diagnostic tests and analyze results
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention
- Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs
- Assist in medical procedures including gastric lavage, sterile processing, and sonography
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- CPR certification
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Experience in case management, trauma medicine, pediatrics, memory care, and sterile processing is a plus
- Ability to handle high-stress situations with compassion and professionalism
