Culligan Water of DFW is currently seeking a Department Manager Assistant to join our team. The primary role of this position is to support the service department with daily administrative tasks. This position will be responsible for making outbound calls, receiving inbound calls, as well as routing service, and reoccurring maintenance calls. This position also includes administrative duties such as data entry, maintaining department records, auditing previous days service orders for accuracy, reviewing field technician’s daily paperwork submissions and any other duties or tasks assigned. Desired candidates will possess knowledge of customer service procedures, strong interpersonal skills, the ability to multi-task, and will demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in an inbound/outbound call center environment preferred
- An education level of at least a High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems
- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
JOB DETAILS
This position is full time, with an expected schedule of 40-50 hours a week, and bi-weekly pay range of $18-$20/hour based on experience.
