Pediatric Behavioral Health Case Manager HealthCare Support
is actively seeking a
Pediatric Behavioral Health Case Manager to fill an opening with a
Fortune 100 company.
Daily Responsibilities for Pediatric Behavioral Health Case Manager:
- Team members will go into the homes of members to do assessments, check on their well-being, and ensure their behavioral health needs are taken care of.
- Assessments are written up as reports determining needs and assist in getting the services approved.
- Team members will also be responsible for contractual calls, working with collateral agencies like LIDDA, LMHA, and various providers.
Required Qualifications for Pediatric Behavioral Health Case Manager:
- Clear and active RN, LPC, LMFT, or LCSW license
- Experience with direct care and 1+ year of experience in current case management as a licensed professional (working with families and children preferred)
- Experience working with the needs of vulnerable populations who have chronic or complex bio-psychosocial needs.
- Computer, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Zoom proficient and able to learn the technology used
- Behavioral health counseling experience and knowledge of how to conduct an assessment.
- Master's degree or graduate from an accredited school of nursing
- Clear and active driver's license, reliable transportation and insurance

Pay Details: $38.00 - 43.00/ per hour.
Location: Field in Harlingen - Anywhere between Alamo to Brownsville or Harlingen would be a perfect middle ground.
