Job Summary
Reporting to our Head of Revenue Operations, the Revenue Operations Manager is an essential member of TW's revenue team tasked with driving process that improves sales performance across the buyer journey. You will be the subject matter expert responsible for leading sales enablement, quota and commission execution, and sales tool optimization, uncovering insights to find areas of opportunity for growth. You will be the primary operational partner of sales reps and managers, empowering our teams by ensuring they have the right tools and processes to drive sales.
We are looking for an experienced sales professional who is skilled in B2B sales and will be laser-focused on continuing our double-digit growth.
Responsibilities
In your first month, you will onboard, get up to speed, and begin to learn the "as-is" processes and tools you'll manage at TogetherWork.
- Interview Sales/Marketing/Customer Success teams to understand how they operate and how they would benefit most from the tools in the tech stack.
- Deeply understand our sales and marketing strategy and the role you will play in improving the buyer journey.
- Review our existing sales enablement, sales quotas and commission, and tech stack structures of your finding to the Head of Revenue Operations.
In your first 3 months, you will take ownership of sales enablement, commissions execution, sales process optimization, and tech stack requirements gathering.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive onboarding plan for new members (and roles) in the Sales organization.
- Execute sales commission data pulls, analysis, revisions, and payroll submissions
- Take a share of Salesforce and related help tickets as submitted by sales and marketing stakeholders
- Start collaborating with Revenue Operations stakeholders on the prioritization of mid- and long-term sales and marketing initiatives
- Become an expert in and take a share of responsibility for the management and implementation of Salesforce-adjacent sales tools and platforms including Chili Piper, Sales Engagement, and Mogli.
In your first 6 months, you will become a subject matter expert on TogetherWork's Revenue Operations structure and help take us to the next level.
- Increase sales efficiency by fine-tuning existing structures and ensuring end-user enablement and compliance to established best practices.
- Expand existing sales onboarding processes to evolve into a holistic sales enablement program that encompasses cross-functional stakeholder input (including marketing, product, and account management).
- Finalize a scalable, efficient, data-driven commission tracking process to be used in 2025; begin exploration of a commissions tool for future use.
- Develop best practices and playbooks for Salesforce-adjacent tech stack used by sales reps (Chili Piper, Sales Engagement, Mogli).
- Participate heavily in Revenue Operations project prioritization and lead projects requirements gathering on behalf of the team.
- Support the Head of Revenue Operations in various data-related functions, including sales performance, forecasting, annual planning, etc.
- Collaborate with our cross-functional teams to review operational procedures, identify inefficiencies, and design, develop and configure customizable and scalable processes while automating solutions.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other revenue operations tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Salary Range Disclosure
The base range represents the low and high end of the Togetherwork salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Togetherwork's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include discretionary bonuses, long term incentives, a flexible paid vacation/personal time policy, 6 weeks paid parental leave and more.
Salary Range
US Remote: $100,000 - $135,000 USD
