We are looking for a Registered Nurse with experience in medical-surgical, telemetry, and inpatient care to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assessing and evaluating patient needs, and developing and implementing individualized plans of care. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, and be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care in a medical-surgical setting.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Monitor and assess patient's vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
- Assess patient's condition and develop a plan of care in collaboration with the physician.
- Provide patient education on disease processes, medications, treatments, and self-care.
- Document patient care in the medical record in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Monitor patients on telemetry units for changes in vital signs or other indicators of health status.

Pay: $1,902.00 - $2,721.00 per week
