As the Landscape Maintenance Production Manager at Lawn Capital LLC, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and high-quality maintenance of our clients' landscapes. You will lead a team of Landscape Maintenance Crews and field team members, overseeing their day-to-day operations and ensuring our clients' satisfaction. This role involves working both in the field and the office, providing hands-on leadership and administrative oversight. Additionally, you will assist with escalated client issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Team Leadership: Directly manage and supervise 4 Landscape Maintenance Crews and 8-12 field team members. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to ensure team success.

Recruitment and Training: Recruit, train, and retain high-performing team members. Develop and implement training programs, including the introduction of new policies and procedures.

Quality Assurance: Regularly monitor and inspect client properties to maintain and improve the quality of our services. Identify and address any issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction. Spend 80-90% of your time in the field with team members.

Equipment Management: Coordinate equipment repairs and maintenance to ensure the availability of well-functioning tools and machinery for the crews.

KPI Tracking: Implement and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure both the quality and efficiency of the maintenance operations. Communicate KPI results to higher management.

Plant Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of plants, their pests, diseases, and appropriate treatments to guide team members effectively.

Safety Compliance: Implement and adhere to safety guidelines and regulations, prioritizing the safety of all team members.

Client Issue Resolution: Assist with escalated client issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Communication: Regularly report to and take direction from higher management. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate should possess:

Supervisory Experience: Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in the commercial landscape industry.

Customer Service and Leadership: Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, management, or leadership roles within the landscaping industry.

Valid Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license.

Team Development: Proven ability to coach and develop teams.

This is a salaried position with weekly pay based on experience & expertise of the landscape management field. Commission will be part of compensation. This job is located in Decatur, Georgia.
