Ring Concierge is a rapidly growing female-founded fine jewelry company specializing in customized engagement rings and fine jewelry. We are seeking a Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing to plan, develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across channels and platforms. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams creating seasonal marketing campaigns, new product introductions and go-to-market plans to engage new and returning customers.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with creative, channel and product teams to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with RC’s vision and values.
- Develop and execute seasonal marketing calendars and campaigns ensuring alignment with key stakeholders and maximizing marketing reach and impact
- Be a brand steward ensuring consistency and continuity across all consumer touchpoints to increase engagement, loyalty, and brand love
- Lead the cross functional collaboration and execution of all integrated marketing campaigns that include promotions, product launches, weekly resurfaces and seasonal brand initiatives to drive sales and sell thru goals
- Lead all retail marketing activities to drive brand presence in specific markets, ensuring consistency in messaging. Responsible for the curation and execution of events, localized advertising and traffic driving initiatives
- Partner with creative to update seasonal assets and monthly/weekly messaging across all platforms and channels to ensure constant evolution and improvement of customer engagement and brand voice
- Coordinate with the retention and loyalty teams to support the development of the monthly email & sms calendar and loyalty programs/retention strategies
- Responsible for weekly, monthly and quarterly channel reporting; analyzing 360 marketing campaigns and results to determine success and inform future decisions
- Develop relationships with external parties and agencies to foster new opportunities and partnerships to grow brand awareness and support 360 marketing initiatives
About You
- Highly creative with the ability to use data and insights to drive decisions
- Proven ability to influence and think outside of the box
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional partners though development and execution via clear communication
- Excellent project management oversight with the ability to drive projects in ambiguous and changing environments against tight timelines
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate marketing strategies, campaign results and recommendations to leadership
- Passion for building strong brands with a focus on consumers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 6+ years brand or marketing experience across multiple disciplines including strategic planning, content planning, brand communications and social/earned media marketing ideally for a D2C luxury brand or ecommerce business
- Fashion, jewelry, beauty and/or retail industry experience

- Office Hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with the knowledge that we have a startup culture and your day may extend past listed office hours (with the possibility of weekends during busy season or sales)

- The salary for this position is $115,000-130,000, commensurate with experience
