BRC Mental Health Services is hiring a full time or part time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. You are able to work as much as you want and choose whatever hours you want during the weekday. You will work in our Mental Health agency that oversees Residential Assisted Living Facilities (group homes) for the mentally disabled. BRC has been a part of a pilot program with the State of Idaho Division of Behavior Health in creating Outpatient Long Term Residential Treatment Housing for SPMI clients. At our Mental Health Agency that oversees the homes, the residents attend day treatment groups and classes and all of their other clinical services.
Duties will include scheduled appointments for medication reviews, assessments, crisis, injections, blood draw/labs, physical assessments at least quarterly, upon admissions, and following up from Incident Reports. It will also include helping the other NP and RN respond to phone calls, text messages or emails regarding medications, resident’s conditions and incidents and give recommendations for staff to follow.
Needs to be self-motivated and be able to work independently and must have reliable transportation to get to and from the houses and agency. Will mostly work from home or own office but will come into the houses or agency for appointments. Also needs to have a computer and Internet access as well as a cell phone so staff is able to contact you when you are on call.

Pay: $70.00 - $90.00 per hour
