Overview:
Award-winning, multi-physician plastic surgery practice and full-service medspa seeks a dynamic Marketing Specialist with a focus on social media. In this role, you’ll drive business growth by developing and executing strategic email, social media and event marketing strategies to enhance our brand and attract and retain clients.
Requirements:
- Experience in aesthetics, plastic surgery, or medspa industries strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years brand marketing experience.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite for designing marketing materials required
- Proven experience in social media marketing, content marketing, and customer cultivation
- Fluent in Excel for report, analysis and deriving actionable business insight
- Proficiency in analytics tools to evaluate campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively
Responsibilities:
Social Media & Email Marketing:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across social media and email channels to drive brand awareness, nurture leads, retain customers, and drive conversions
- Design, write and shoot high-quality content, including images, videos, graphics and copy for social media posts, stories and ads
- Plan, execute and manage social media campaigns and promotions, analyzing their effectiveness and making data-driven adjustments.
- Manage and monitor social media accounts
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages and mentions in a timely manner, fostering a positive community atmosphere
- Plan and execute social media ad campaigns to reach target audiences effectively.
- Craft and design compelling, personalized, and engaging email content.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize email open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Manage ad budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources
Event Marketing:
- Plan, promote, and assist in executing quarterly and annual events.
- Collaborate with vendors to develop promotions and events.
- Contribute to the creation of the annual marketing calendar.
General Marketing Duties:
- Stay updated with the industry trends and technologies, competitor marketing, and social media changes to inform marketing strategies.
- Analyze social media and email marketing performance to provide data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Work collaboratively with marketing team members and external partners.
- Support Marketing Director and Chief Revenue Officer on marketing initiatives and special projects.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
