Overview:
Seeking someone who loves bath and body products, romantic aesthetics and customer service. A solution-oriented individual who is able to provide comprehensive customer service experience to all types of individuals with patience, confidence, clarity, and grace. Single-touch resolution is the goal.
**As a lead candidate, we are looking for someone who has the ability to build and schedule a small team. Once you have proven yourself as a core customer service team member, we will be looking to have you grow with us, learning to adjust, build and schedule within the department.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls, provide customer service and take orders for Camille Beckman customers and retail stores
- Promptly answer Instant Chat and Text Messages inquiries
- Read and respond to customer emails
- Read and respond to website product reviews
- Help input data to ship retail orders using online shipping software
- Able to answer customer reviews online and social media comments
- Various office tasks
- Must be attentive to detail, confident in helping customers solve problems, and upsell better-fitting solutions
- Moderate and respond to comments on blog posts
- Contact existing customers by both telephone and email
- Document Customer Feedback
- Able to work unsupervised and multi-task
- Looking for someone excited about our brand who will stay up to date with the specifications of new products and services
- Call outbound and check in on customers, reactivating them or simply servicing their account
Requirements:
- Strong aptitude and adaptability using digital tools/apps
- Willingness to learn and be trained
- Familiarity with social media platforms
- Self-motivated with Strong organizational skills
- Positive attitude and Friendly demeanor
- Strong note-taking/documentation skills
