Position Summary: Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, the incumbent will compile, analyze sales data, and organize it into reports for management. Data will include Tura’s sales to wholesale customers as well as our customers’ retail sales of our products. The Sales Analyst will use these reports to assist management in detecting sales trends, strengths and weaknesses of various products and emerging challenges and opportunities.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Required reports of sales activity.
· Retail sales volume by brand and sku for Key Accounts.
· Retail sales summary of best-selling skus across all collections.
· Quarterly Business Reviews with certain customers.
· Best Seller reports monthly containing wholesale sales and returns.
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills such as: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, etc.
· Ability to work effectively across various company departments to schedule, collect and organize information.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Education and Experience:
· Bachelors preferred.
· At least 3 years of experience in a related or similar business involving data analysis.
Physical requirements: The work is generally sedentary, but there may be a requirement for standing, walking, reaching, lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds.
Work Location : This position can be remote, hybrid or onsite.
Hours of Work: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
