Medical Assistant
Duties:
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records
- Assist doctor with patient examinations and procedures
-Follow up calls and emails with the patinets
- Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Prepare patients for minor procedures such as hair restoration ,Botox,PRP ,Filler etc
- assist doctor during minor surgical procedures such as hair restoration
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare providers
- Provide patient education on medical conditions, treatments, and preventive care
- Maintain general cleanliness and organization of office ,examination rooms and equipment
Skills:
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, healthcare providers, and other staff members
- Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and documentation
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and patient care
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information
- Basic understanding of sterilization for minor surgical procedures ,safety protocols
- Having very good computer skills and mastery over hardware and software
