We are looking for a motivated and energetic Spanish-speaking SALES person to join our team.
We have 1 opportunity available:

Job Description and Responsibilities:
· Develop, manage and achieve assigned sales budgets in the territory
· Opening of new accounts
· Customer service satisfaction
· Collect invoices assigned to you and deposit them in the bank
· Present proof of visits to customers
· Maintain client inventory levels according to the rotation of each product
· Placement of advertising material at the point of sale
· Placing prices on the shelf
· Comply with the assigned client visit program
· Credit Administration and Control (Customer Returns)
· Organize and Negotiate Spaces at Point of Sale
· Shelf space report
· Daily communication with immediate boss. (Daily updates)
· Negotiation and execution of promotions
Experience:
- 3 years of sales experience required
- Spanish speaking is required
Education:
High School (Secondary Education) or equivalent

Compensation package:
· Based salary $33,800.00 per year and plus Bonus and Commissions could vary between $50,000-$60,000.
- Bonus opportunities (between $800-$1000 monthly based on performance)
- Commissions pay monthly bases (no cap)

Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Buscamos una persona en VENTAS que hable español, motivado y enérgico para unirse a nuestro equipo.
Tenemos 1 oportunidad disponible:
· Desarrollar, administrar y lograr los presupuestos de ventas asignados en el territorio
· Apertura de nuevas cuentas
· Satisfacción del servicio al cliente
· Realizar cobranza de facturas que se le asigne y depósitos a banco
· Presentar comprobante de visitas y servicio a clientes
· Mantener los niveles de inventarios del cliente de acuerdo a la rotación de cada producto
· Colocación de material publicitario en punto de venta
· Colocación de precios en el anaquel
· Cumplir con el programa asignado de visitas a clientes
· Administración y Control de créditos (Devoluciones de Clientes)
· Organización y Negociación de Espacios en Punto de Venta
· Reporte de espacios en anaqueles
· Comunicación Diaria con jefe Inmediato. (Avances Diarios)
· Negociación y ejecución de promociones
Experiencia:
- Se requieren 3 años de experiencia en ventas.
- Se requiere hablar español
Educación:
Bachillerato (Educación Secundaria) o equivalente

Beneficios:
Paquete de compensación:
- Salario base $33,800.00 por año, más comisiones y bonus puede variar entre $50,000-$60,000 por año
- Oportunidades de bonificación entre $800,00 y $1000,00 por mes basado en rendimiento, cumplimiento de metas.
- Pago de comisiones mensuales (no tiene techo)
