Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
- Assist carriers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Communicate effectively with carriers and internal team to ensure their needs are met
- Handle inbound / outbound calls to assist carrier network.
Experience:
- Able to type 30-40 words per minute
- Previous experience in admin / customer service role.
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred but not required skills/experience:
-Knowledge of transit times and DOT regulations (United States and Canada)
-Experience in the logistic/transportation industry preferred.
-Bilingual skills (English and Spanish) are a plus
