Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Manage phone calls and reservations
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts accurately
- Ensure the lobby area is clean and presentable at all times
- Assist with any guest requests or issues promptly
- Perform Night Audit
- Prepare Breakfast Area for morning serve
Experience:
- Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality is preferred
- Strong guest service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling phone systems
- Bilingual proficiency is an advantage
This position as a Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor requires exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
