Front Office Insurance Assistant/Licensed sales rep needed in Ramona. The Front Office Insurance Assistant is the first contact for the staff and guests. The Front Office Insurance Assistant will take calls and direct insureds, carriers and vendors to the correct party, answer email correspondence, make preparations for meetings and events, handle daily mail, order supplies and assist the Agent as needed. The qualified candidate for this position must have strong computer skills, be a problem solver and have a desire to provide exceptional customer service. Strong computer (MS Office)skills with a love for technology. Friendly and outgoing personality with a professional front office appearance. Great multi-tasking skills and a can-do attitude. Excellent communication skills-both verbal and written. Ability to work in a team environment as well as handle independent tasks and projects. This is a full time Monday- Friday 9am-6pm position, so regular and prompt attendance is mandatory.
