Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfill the requirements of the school's curriculum program
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment for students
- Use a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
- Assess students' progress and provide feedback on their academic performance
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a supportive educational community
- Write progress reports and communicate with parents/guardians about their child's academic and social development
Skills:
- Familiarity with theories and practices of students and their development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to manage behavior in the classroom and implement effective behavior management strategies.
Qualifications:
-MA State Certificate
-SEI Endorsement
- Practicing Catholic who has knowledge and understanding of the Catholic faith.
-Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiasm for content.
-At least two years of relevant experience is preferred.
-Master's degree preferred
-Citizenship, residency, or work visa required.
