Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office of this small, family run business.
Duties may include but are not limited to:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and responding to emails
- Assist in organizing and maintaining files and records
- Providing quotes
- Writing up sales orders
Skills:
- Proficient in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with clerical duties and office procedures
- Knowledge of QuickBooks Online is a plus
