Concierges act as the first point of contact between guests, owners and the building staff. They are tasked with answering guest/owner inquiries, directing phone calls, receiving packages, and more. They must uphold building culture at all times while making guests/owners feel welcomed and valued.
The most successful Concierges possess exceptional customer service and people skills. They are detail oriented individuals who listen well and are able to anticipate someone's needs in order to provide a wonderful customer experience. A class D security license is required for this position.
· Part Time, Weekend Front Desk / Concierge position opportunity in luxury, high-rise condominium in downtown Sarasota
· Shift: 7am-3pm
· Work days: Saturday and Sunday
· Pay rate: $18 to $20 hourly, depending on previous experience, commensurate with responsibility

Responsibilities
- Greet and direct residents and visitors with a pleasant attitude
- Exceed residents' and guests' expectations by providing anticipatory service
- Cultivate and retain cohesive relationships with residents, vendors and contractors
- Maintain confidentiality of residents
- Professional telephone etiquette and message delivery
- Accurately log guest packages, ensure timely delivery and perform package inventory audits
- Monitor lobby and surveillance cameras and patrol property to ensure resident safety and security
- Monitor access throughout the shift and ensures authorized resident and guest use only
- Cautions residents or guests behaving in an unsafe manner
- Perform all other duties as assigned
