**Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a diverse skill set and be comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
**Duties:**
- Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone systems etiquette
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Conduct proofreading tasks to ensure accuracy of documents
- Support office management in various clerical duties
- Pull permits
**Requirements:**
- Bilingual, must be able to speak English and Spanish
- Must have a valid driver's license, some driving a must
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including MS Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and customer support skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of data entry processes and accuracy
