We are Calimet CO.,Inc. a gate access control system and fencing material supply company located in South El Monte, CA. We are looking for an office assistant and customer service person.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Customer service through phone conversation, face to customer in warehouse or out to field sometimes when needed.
- Assist Sales team to deal with vendors, promote products to customers and other related activities.
Skills
- Communication and interpersonal abilities
- Multilingual preferred.
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- machinery working back ground preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
