It was found by Arash aka @shredhappens (IG, Facebook, Youtube) and @ketorecipes (TikTok), one of the premier content creators in the healthy food space, with an audience of 5M+ across his various social media channels.
Kaizen is one of the fastest growing healthy food brands. The business is growing quickly and we are looking for highly motivated team members to grow with us! We want to deliver customers the best possible service, so we are looking for someone who is creative, thinks outside of the box, and enjoys collaborating with others!
In this role you will work directly with Arash and two other team members to respond to all customer inquiries, meaningfully engage with customers (current and future!) on our social media community, and help with other operations and marketing efforts. This role will require someone to be an essential partner. Someone who is willing to do whatever it takes. Since we are a small team, we do everything!
This is an in-person position located in Amherst. This is a Contract position role, meaning the applicant will be a 1099 independent contractor.
Essential Functions:
-Assist all incoming customer inquiries timely (via email, text, social media)
- Proactively offer solutions that will help the business run more smoothly and serve customers more effectively.
-Implement techonology/apps that will help us better serve customers and have better visibility to customer inquiries and trends
- Assist in creating marketing campaigns to increase visibility and drive sales.
- Assist in other day to day operational tasks
Requirements:
This individual must be willing to work in-person in our Amherst office. Unfortunately, due to the nature of this role, we are not able to consider remote candidates or those preferring to work from home. This is a 1099 contract position.
- Must be knowledgeable in navigating through social media platforms
- Organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously on multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build and manage relationships, and good judgment when answering customer/follower questions.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
