Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional administrative support and customer service, contributing to the efficient operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and greeting visitors
- Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and assist with event planning
- Handle order entry, data entry, and maintain accurate records
-Receiving, sorting and distributing mail
-Answering and transferring phone calls, taking messages and handling queries
-Greeting and directing visitors, customers and guests
OTHER JOB DUTIES:
-Assist in accounts payable, end market sales and other areas when time permits.
Qualifications:
-Intermediate Excel skills are a MUST
-Strong Microsoft office skills
-Verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with customers, vendors and other employees
-Organization skills to keep accurate records and find important information quickly
-Time management skills to prioritize and complete a side variety of tasks throughout the day
-Patience and listening skills to respond appropriate and interact positively with upset customers
-Interpersonal skills to create a pleasant experience for all customers, such as being personable and attentive
