JOB SUMMARY
The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for directing, coordinating and supervising all aspects of the front-of-house (FOH) Food and Beverage operations / outlets, while maintaining a profitable operation and high-quality products and service levels. He/she is also expected to market ideas to promote business; reduce associate turnover; maintain revenue; control cost, maintain inventories, and meet budgeted productivity while keeping quality consistently high.

QUALFICIATIONS STANDARDS
Education & Experience:

At least 5 years of progressive hotel F&B experience; or a 4-year college degree and at least 3 years of related F&B experience; or a 2-year college degree and at least 5 years of F&B sales experience.

Management experience required.

Must have a valid driver’s license in the applicable state.

Must be skilled in Windows, Excel and Company approved spreadsheets and word processing.
Physical requirements:

Long hours sometimes required.

Medium work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
