A Total Solution, Inc, (ATS) is a Fire and Security Life Safety company.
We are hiring a hands-on Integrated Security Systems Manager to oversee our Life Safety low voltage installation department. This position requires an in depth understanding of designing, programming, and installing access control, IP Camera, and nurse call systems. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, expand your skills in low voltage systems, and contribute to the safety and functionality of various facilities.
Technicians without experience in B2B, project management and life safety will not be considered.
This candidate must have proven Life Safety experience in the following areas:
Sales Support Experience:
· Visit sale opportunities to gather accurate information so a proposal can be populated and turned over to the sales department
· Good communication and writing skills
· Assist sales team in providing a parts list, labor and any vital information so a proposal can be created
· Assist sales team in closing the sale opportunity if expertise in the technology part of the proposal is required
Technical Experience:
· Proven experience programming switches, port forwarding, and networking
· Software experience with Linux, and windows operating systems
· Experience with Lenel access control system
· Understanding of nurse call systems (Tektone is a plus)
· Experience working with cutting edge technology in access control, IP CCTV surveillance systems, and intrusion detection systems.
· Other Low Voltage experience will not be considered as a substitute for Security Systems experience but is helpful.
Management Experience:
· Manage and nurture a small group of installation technicians
· Project manage installation jobs
· Accountable for meeting job hours and deadlines
Education:
· 4 Year degree preferred
· Certifications a must
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in the Life Safety field required
Miscellaneous:
· Good work ethic and travel at times
· Capable of working under pressure
· Team player
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
