As a Receptionist/CSR Tech you will be our first point of contact for the agency, supporting our sales team and responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with product and service information and resolving technical issues ensuring deadlines are met. Salary level is commensurate with experience level.
Prefer Corcoran resident for position.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones
- Handle customer inquiries and requests
- Increase customer satisfaction by providing quotes and cross sell insurance produces
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Stay up-to-date with carrier products, guidelines, underwriting and legislative changes
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent math, written and verbal communication skills
- Professional Attitude and Professional Appearance is a must!
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize
