All Heating/ Specialty Pump and Sudden Electric Company is searching for a talented and motivated dispatcher to help the efficiency of our team of technicians and take care of our clients. The position requires attention to detail and ability to work as a team player. Previous experience in dispatching and customer service is preferred.
Job Summary: Maintain the Service Technicians' daily schedules and dispatch the technicians as service calls are completed. Assist in taking incoming customer calls and creating dispatch tickets as service calls are received. Process service invoices, timecards, and warranty parts returns. Maintain customer database with current information.

Salary Range: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour - Depending Experience
Required Qualifications:

2+ years' experience in customer service, billing, dispatching, and/or project management within a service-related industry is a HUGE plus!

Intermediate to Advanced Computer skills
