We currently have a 2nd shift Warehouse Associate opening in our Warehouse Department!
Starting Pay $21.00/hour and up. (There is an additional $1.50/hr for working 2nd shift)
Shifts - Hiring for 2nd shift. M-F and Su-Th shift available, discuss more during interview.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY: Responsible for receiving, checking for accuracy, and storing materials in the warehouse. Filling orders and preparing customer orders for shipment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assemble customer orders from stock and place on pallets or shelves.
- Rotate and replenish inventory.
- Sort and store perishable goods in refrigerated rooms.
- Record information regarding amounts of materials or items distributed.
- Operate dolly, pallet jack, pallet rider, and/or forklift while loading supplies and equipment.
REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to lift 50lbs, have great attention to detail and legible handwriting. This position requires an employee to complete the powered industrial truck certification program within 4 weeks of hire and maintain the certification in good standing.
WORK CONDITIONS: Work is performed in a warehouse/production type atmosphere where the temperature is as low as 32 degrees (typically 45-55 degrees). Noise level in the production environment may require the use of hearing protection. Requires standing for long periods of time frequently twisting, turning, bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, pulling and lifting material up to 50lbs.
