Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough evaluations to assess clients' speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to clients' specific needs and goals.
Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy services via teletherapy platforms.
Collaborate closely with clients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required.
Valid state license or eligibility for licensure in the state of residence.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist in schools, with teletherapy experience preferred.
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practice in speech-language pathology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients and build rapport remotely.
Proficiency in using teletherapy platforms and technology for remote service delivery.
