A commercial landscape maintenance company is in search of a motivated and results-driven individual to manage client accounts and boost sales in the Northern New Jersey region. As the primary point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for building long-lasting relationships that foster satisfaction, retention, and additional sales.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Sales: Proactively present site enhancement ideas to clients, develop accurate estimates for new and existing clients, and maintain acceptable gross margins that support the branch’s financial objectives.
- Client Satisfaction: Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, performing site walkthroughs with clients to ensure quality and service expectations, and facilitating the resolution of client concerns to ensure renewal.
The Account Manager position requires a self-motivated and experienced professional who can achieve the service goals of their clients. You will be responsible for overall site quality, sales and renewal goals.

Salary for this full-time position will depend on your experience, and additional compensation includes performance-based bonuses.
