We are seeking an exceptional Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in providing outstanding dining experiences for our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation, service, and management in our restaurant.The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious dishes, ensuring exceptional food safety and service, and managing a team to achieve our hospitality goals.
**Responsibilities:**
- Plan and implement menus for our restaurant , ensuring that dishes are creative, visually appealing, and meet our guests' expectations.
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, including food purchasing, inventory management, and kitchen operations.
- Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a safe and sanitary environment, adhering to the highest standards of food safety and quality.
- Display the ability to source ethically from local farmers and suppliers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, restaurateurs, and other stakeholders to ensure the best possible quality and value for our guests.
- Supervise and mentor a team of cooks, servers, and other kitchen staff to ensure that they are meeting our high standards for food preparation, presentation, and service.
- Manage and maintain the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring that they are clean, well-maintained, and in compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Develop and manage budgets for food and labor costs, ensuring that we are operating within our financial means.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability through innovative menu offerings, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
- Meet periodically with culinary director, to ensure the highest quality for guests.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
