Position Summary

What Will You Do in This Role?
As the RN Specialist, you will be responsible for the following:
- Offer friendly and professional consultations, educate clients to choose treatment plans with recommended service and products
- Work with staff and medical director to develop treatment plans
- Provide the highest quality treatments
- Ensure the safety and comfort of clients
- Consult and educate patients on the benefits and side effects to treatments
- Focus on marketing and expanding our medical programs, IV therapy, in addition to other services
- Report treatment results to supervising provider including any adverse reactions
- Provide accurate and timely charting and clinical documentation
- Meet or exceed productivity goals individually and as a group while serving the patient at the highest level
- Serve as a mentor to team and peers regarding procedures, practice standards, and delivery of high-quality treatment and services offered at our facility.
- Occasionally assist other nurses on the team in order to ensure all AWC patients are provided treatment in a timely manner
- Knowledgeable and interested in the current trends and treatments
- Knowledgeable about various aesthetic services, laser and skin care is a plus
- Maintain and start IVs
- Draw blood as needed for follow up medical appointments
- Ensure consents are signed prior to treatment
- Participate in staff meetings and provide constructive input for improvements and solutions, specifically pertaining to patient quality improvement initiatives
- Understand and adhere to regulatory compliance requirement, company policies and procedures
- Practice strict adherence to all OSHA standards and HIPAA Guidelines

Experience Preferred
- Hormone Replacement Therapy: 3+ year (Preferred)
- Aesthetics: 1 year (Preferred)
Education
- Associate’s or Bachelor of Nursing
- Active RN license in the state of Arizona
Licenses and Certifications
- BLS for Healthcare Providers (Required)
- Valid Registered Nurse license (Required)
- Applicable Certification(s) as applicable (Required)
