For over 40 years, Dean Mead has been providing exceptional legal services to businesses and individuals across Florida. Dean Mead is seeking a full-time Office Services Specialist, based out of our downtown Orlando office (named a “Coolest Workspace” by Orlando Weekly).

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sort and distribute incoming mail, faxes, and deliveries. Process outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Responsible for firmwide document production, including copying, scanning, printing, and assembly.
- Accurately maintain record logs to track the status of projects.
- Coordinate repair and maintenance of office equipment.
- Under the direction of the Office Administrator, assist in inter-office moves and new employee set-up.
- Monitor inventory of office and kitchen supplies, place timely orders, and restock as needed.
- Maintain the general appearance of Firm conference rooms, break rooms, convenience centers, and other common areas.
- Coordinate and set-up inter-office meetings, including food orders, drink set-up, and audio/video set-up.
- Cover breaks and time off for the Receptionist.
- Complete local pickups and deliveries on behalf of the Firm, using personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
- Other administrative duties and projects, as assigned by supervisors.

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma/GED (Required).
- Experience in an office or customer service setting (Required), in a legal setting (Preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Required).
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and typing on a computer.
- Regular standing and walking to complete inter and out of office pickups/deliveries.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
Work Environment:
- This position reports to work in-person at our downtown Orlando office.
