The Broker Experience Associate will play a key role in supporting customers A strong candidate will have a proven track record of success in loan sales and thrive in a growing, fast-paced environment. They will be driven, passionate and flourish in a customer service role that is exciting and dynamic.
Responsibilities:
- Handle phone calls as our broker partners call in for assistance with home equity loans

Assist broker partners to complete new registrations and confirm understanding on steps taken to complete the registration process

Assist with the Spring EQ broker portal administration such as creating new accounts, resetting passwords, etc
-
Field questions regarding the broker portal, loan status, and guidelines
-
Provide exceptional customer service on a high volume of broker phone calls and communications
-
Familiarize yourself with our products, policies and processes to provide the best service to our existing and prospective customers

Complete various administrative tasks in a timely manner to support our sales and operations teams
Qualifications:
- Associates, Bachelor degree or equivalent experience preferred

2+ years of mortgage or home lending experience required

Excellent customer service skills

Strong technical skills
-
High degree of patience

Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Self-starter mentality with the ability to solve open ended business challenges
