We are a small agency in Santa Cruz County that hires, schedules and manages Home Care Aide’s for seniors in Santa Cruz County. Seeking a full time Scheduling Coordinator.
Requirements:
· Applicants must have strong oral & written communication, organization and computer skills.
· Applicants must work well in small teams and have leadership experience.
· Applicants must have excellent references from previous employers
· Preference will be given to applicants with a minimum of 2 year experience working in scheduling and/or working in an administrative environment.
Daily duties include managing client schedules, maintaining staff work schedules, supervising and maintaining the schedule, replacing staff whom call out sick, using high-end scheduling software to ensure that our staff are arriving on time to work. Overtime management is also a key job function.
Applicant must be able to pass background & fingerprint clearance.
Position is Mon-Fri 7am-5pm. Ability to cover after hours On Call shifts may be required as part of the position. This position may include working from home and flexible in office days after probationary period and training.
