State Farm Agent in Chicago seeks a professional to join their team. Insurance experience is preferred, but we’ll train the right person with the right skill set. You must possess required Insurance Licenses or be able to obtain asap.

Pay Philosophy: The typical starting compensation for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education and certifications. Depending on your skills and ability, the comp may include various ability for uncapped monthly incentive bonus based production.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Establish insurance customer relationships and follow up with insurance customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly insurance customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, insurance coverages, insurance policy changes, transfers, insurance claim submissions, and insurance billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Continuous network to develop prospective insurance customers
