Havenwood of Burnsville is a 135 apartment senior living with a friendly and welcoming environment! We are looking for a registered nurse to join our team who will joyfully help us to make life better every day for both the team and the our residents! This position is responsible to provide oversight of residents and to delegate and supervise the care and services provided by Quality of Life Specialists. Manage medications and administration, perform treatments and procedures, complete resident assessment, and documentation of services as required.
Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Nurse Manager:
- Document resident status as per policy.
- Provide daily oversight and education to assigned team members and assist with directly provide nursing care to residents as assigned.
- Participate in the admission of new residents.
- Provide direction and teaching to Quality of Life Specialists (caregivers) to assure high quality service delivery to residents.
- Assist to provide high quality services to our residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities and actively promoting a positive environment.
- Identify resident medical and behavioral changes and develop and monitor service plans and re-assessment of each resident.
- Participate in daily reports to the Havenwood team concerning facility conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and need for supplies.
- Participate in daily meetings.
Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:
- Minimum RN in good standing.
- Prefer one (1) year experience in Nursing experience in assisted living. .
